ats_bump_axis.pro

Plotting, ATS509

includes main-level program

This routine will move one of the axes of a plot (or image, etc) a given amount. Useful for when making room for a colorbar.

By default, the right axis will be bumped "in," (i.e., the plot will be smaller). Both the size of the bump and which axis can be changed.

Examples

First, make a dummy plot:

plt = PLOT(/TEST)
Now, "bump" the right axis in:
ats_bump_axis, plt
More examples are in the main level program.
