The profiles (*lv2.csv) files contain the temperature, water vapor, relative
humidity and cloud liquid waterprofiles in a condensed format.  The first column
identifies the record number, followed by the data and time. The next column (10) denotes
the profile as tmperature (T) 11, water vapor (V) 12, relative humidity (R) 13,
or cloud liquid water (L) 14.  The next 3 columns indicate surface conditions.  Tir
is the IRT temperature (cloud base temp), Vint is integrated vapor, Lqint is
integrated liquid.  The presence or absence of rain is reported as Y (yes) or N 
(no).  Heights are reported in kilometers and are spaced 100 m upto 1 km and 250 
m up to 10 km.  An example is given below.
